Universal search elements allow the learner to search in one or more search engines from within Composica, without having to leave the learning environment.
Universal search elements consist of a text field element, one or more search engine elements, and a search button element.
To insert a universal search element, use Interactions > Mashups > Universal Search.

Read Only | Checkbox | When on, the search term is predetermined by the text field <Text>, and cannot be modified. |
Each search engine element represents a choice of search engine the learner can use to make the lookup.
Additional search engines can be added, using Universal Search > Add Search Engine. To remove a search engine, simply select and remove it using Design > Remove, or the Delete key.
