Opens the Sequence Manager, allowing you to manage and configure effects and narration. If elements are selected, they are the elements which will take part in the sequence.

Opens a list of the project’s class style rules, allowing you to quickly apply a style rule on the selected element.
055_l_CreatestyleCreate Style Rule
Opens a list of options for creating style rules:

  • Class Rule – Opens the Class Style Rules dialog, allowing you to create a class style rule based on the style of the selected element, or remove an existing one.
  • Element Rule – Opens the Element Style Rules dialog, allowing you to create an element style rule based on the style of the selected element, or remove an existing one.
  • Import Style Rules – Opens the Import Style Rules dialog, allowing you to import style rules of both types from other projects.
108_l_Object-Bring To FrontBring to Front
Brings the selected element to the front of the stacking order, to show it on top of all other elements of the same hierarchical level.
109_l_Object-Send To BackSend to Back
Sends the selected element to the back of the stacking order, to show it behind of all other elements of the same hierarchical level.
110_s_Object-Bring ForwardBring Forward
Brings the selected element one step forward in the stacking order.
111_s_Object-Send BackwardSend Backward
Sends the selected element one step back in the stacking order.
089_l_alignCenter in Parent
Opens a list of options for centering the element within its parent element:

  • Center Vertically – Vertically centers the selected element within its parent element.
  • Center Horizontally – Horizontally centers the selected element within its parent element.
  • Center Both – Centers the selected element both vertically and horizontally within its parent element.

Opens a list of options for sizing the element in relation with its parent:

  • Element to Parent – Adjusts the selected element to fit its parent element.
  • Parent to Element – Adjusts the parent of the selected element to fit it.
013_s_Group SelectionDrag Select
Toggles drag select mode, allowing you to drag and select several elements with a single mouse click.
179_s_Select AllSelect All
When the document is selected, selects all top-level elements. When in edit-mode, selects the contents of the element.
014_s_Fill-UpSelect Parent
Selects the direct parent of the selected element.
159_l_ViewShow/Hide
Opens a list of options relating to the visibility of elements:

  • Show Element – Shows the selected element, if it was previously hidden.
  • Hide Element – Hides the selected element.
  • Show All – Shows all previously hidden elements in the current document.
  • Hide All – Hides all elements in the current document.

Note that these are editor features, which don’t influence the final course.
180_l_Notes-EditAdd Design Hint
Adds a design hint element to the current document, allowing you to maintain comments which aren’t shown when previewing or publishing the project.
178_s_Slide-DuplicateDuplicate
Duplicates the selected element.
011_s_EraserErase Content
Clears the content of the selected element. When the document is selected, removes all elements.
012_s_Delete-RedRemove
Removes the selected element/text.
017_s_SearchFind
Opens the Find dialog, allowing you to search for text in the current document.
177_s_ReplaceReplace
Opens the Replace dialog, allowing you to search and replace text in the current document.
020_s_Spell CheckSpell Check
Checks the current document for spelling errors. If errors are found, a dialog with suggestions is opened, allowing you to correct the errors.

Group
Groups the selected elements, so that selecting any of them selects the entire group.
018_l_LockLock
Toggles the locking of the select elements, which protects their contents from being selecting or modified.
019_l_AnchorAnchor
Toggles the anchoring of the selected element, which prevents the element from being moved or resized.
