The Survey tab is available when a survey element or any of its sub-elements are selected.
 Add Rating Item |
| Adds a rating item to the survey. |
 Add Open Text Item |
| Adds an open text item to the survey. |
 Add Send Button |
| Adds a send button sub-element for submitting the survey, if one doesn’t already exist. |
 Add Final Message |
| Adds a final message sub-element to the survey, shown once the survey is submitted, if one doesn’t already exist. |
 Move Up |
| Moves the selected survey item upwards. |
 Move Down |
| Moves the selected survey item downwards. |
